It produces continuous forms used in computers and EDP machines such as EZR forms stock forms, company stationery like invoices, challans, receipts, pay slips, statements, bank statements, insurance/ railway/ defence forms, allotment, letters etc.The plant incorporates proven design features that guarantee finest print quality. It rugged construction assures day-in, day-out reliability under the most demanding conditions. This machine is operator friendly, with easy access to controls and the right height for the average Indian operator. The excellence in design ensures clear sprocket holes, accurately perforated paper and sharp print quality. It is designed for medium run jobs.
The panel consists of web unwinding station, offset printing unit, zigzag fan folding system, motor and in-built control panel.

• All the rollers and shafts are made of steel which have been ground and  hard-chrome plated to provide long life. The winding unit uses a friction brake system to maintain appropriate web tension.

• Precision machined steel plate and blanket cylinders run on hardened steel bearers. High quality manufacturing standards used for all cylinders assure precise control to obtain accurate, consistent dot transfer.

• Zigzag spiral folder is designed to operate at full press speed.

• An infinitely variable speed control panel provides a high degree of flexibility.
