Basic Description
High Tension cast iron perfectly seasoned & steel alloy are used to make the frame, platen & other parts of the machine. The powerful action of this machine is obtained by double helical reduction gearing through double helical gears.
Impression adjustment
Quick and simple adjustment of impression is made through two eccentric bushes and the amount of impression can be easily read off a graduated Scale.
Electromagnetic Clutch and Brake
Electromagnetic Clutch and brake enable push bottom control of the machine for easy and efficient operation.
Full Electrical interlocking ensures complete safety. Synchronization of the both clutch and brake eliminates 
The possibility of time lag or over lag between drive and braking.
Dwell Timing Device:
This timing device can be set to delay variable period from half to thirty seconds. This time for moving block remains stationary in the open position before automatically resuming motion at the end of the set dwell period.
Impression Counter:
The impression counter allows an accurate cheek to be kept on the number of impression made by the machine.
Standard Accessories:
Each Machine is supplied Complete with self contained motor, one specially both side precision ground steel cutting. Plate, two steel chases, delivery feeding tables and a set of tools.
